Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh detergents, as they can affect the stretch and breathability of the fabric.

After washing, gently squeeze out excess water without wringing, and lay the item flat to air dry.

Tumble drying is not recommended unless your machine has a no-heat or air-fluff setting.

Always ensure your activewear is completely dry before storing to prevent odours and preserve fabric quality.
